Ningbo Songfan Fitness Technology Co., Ltd. was established in early 2008, and its factory is located in Fenghua City, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, with convenient transportation. The factory plans to establish a latex product production base with a total area of 20000 square meters in Anhui.
At present, our company covers an area of 10000 square meters in Fenghua and has large-scale TPE extrusion equipment. In addition, we also have dozens of fully automatic injection molding equipment and mold development centers. The hardware processing center achieves a quality control rate of over 99% for all product accessories.
Our company currently employs more than 10 senior professional technical personnel and 5 product development personnel. We constantly innovate and improve the product process. Currently, the company has 6 series and more than 100 products, including latex tubes, latex sheets, latex rings, TPE tubes/sheets/rings, and fitness and sports tension sets.
We have always pursued perfect product quality and established a strict quality management system. The company adheres to the ISO9000-2000 and ISO9001-2008 quality systems, and implements 6S standardized operations throughout the company. The company has passed BSCI certification.
